April 25, 2013 (PDF)(Word) -- This version incorporates the editing changes suggested in the link to the 130425 edit document. This is an attempt to incorporate the transfer of terms from MPT to MUST and bring our Framework document into alignment with Chapters 1 and 2 of the proposed book.

October 21, 2011 (PDF)(Word) -- This version incorporates the April 2010 revisions to the intro of the Framework. At the time we discussed and worked on this there was a sense of needed improvement based on our debriefing from the conference. The work seems to have stopped as other priorities came up and we never got back to it. I recall that the main concern was with these first four pages.
